17: Your anxieties
I’ve always been highly anxious over things and I thought it was normal. I’d say at least once a week I get horrible stomach pains from being anxious. I worry myself too much. I have anxiety about large places with lots of new people, especially if I am alone. I get anxiety about meeting people places. Being late used to be my biggest one, but it’s slowly fading from what it used to be. I get anxious around boys, but I suppose that’s normal. I get anxious when I am alone in a crowded place. I get anxiety when my mom is feeling sick, or when I hear yelling.
There are a lot of things that make me anxious and literally sick to my stomach. I’ve been getting these pains a couple times over summer; I thought the cause was school but I guess not.
But I think I am progressing. Maybe a bit, but it is something.
